The issue here is since the file is presented in a mirror column, there are limitations to how you can use it. The File Transferer solves this issue with an automation that creates a file column and transfers the file from the mirror column.
Emails & Activities
The Emails & Activities widget doesn’t support mirror columns. If you want to attach a file to your mail, it’s not possible through a mirror column. But with the File Transferer, the widget can be used without the limitations of mirror columns.
